Audio Tour

After you enter, you will see signs with a QR code for you to scan with your phone. You just need to go to your camera and a link will pop up. This will pull up the audio tour to play while driving through. This feature is available in both English and Spanish. Soon you'll learn everything you never knew about each dinosaur and its era. Each continent brings its own story to life. You may need to pause the audio if you are driving way too fast to get to the next continent. Preview here!

Tip: Be prepared before you go! Be sure if you don't have a vehicle to Bluetooth the audio, to bring along an Aux cord or speaker.

A Passport Full Of Adventure

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to see that all children in the car receive a small goodie bag, which is included with admission. Inside the bag, you are given a “baby dinosaur egg” to keep warm for the T. Rex, a passport, and some crayons.

The passport contained a coloring page and a scavenger hunt to complete while you are on your journey. Can you find all the Dinosaurs?

The Safari Drive

Get up-close-and-personal with the most fascinating prehistoric creatures from the mighty T. rex of North America to the giant amphibious Spinosaurus from Africa Learn all about the discoveries paleontologists have made about how they ate, moved, and behaved. Did you know that Dr. Erickson discovered the recognition of a “lost world” of polar-adapted dinosaurs?

The roars, growls, and tail whips were enough to keep Braden entertained. During the drive, my whole family was engaged the entire time from ages 1 to 40, we all had our heads out the windows and sunroof. It is engaging and exciting for the littles as well as filling your minds with scientific information for adults of all ages. I know we all came home learning much more than we did before!

The entire experience takes on average around 40 - 60 minutes. So, buckle up for an adventure of a lifetime in a completely Covid-safe trip!

Based On Real Science

"One of only 150 full-time professional dinosaur paleontologists in the world, Dr. Erickson received his doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley and conducted post-doctoral research at Stanford University and Brown University before joining the faculty at Florida State University in Tallahassee. Dr. Erickson’s research focuses primarily on dinosaur growth, life history, physiology, behavior, and feeding biomechanics. He is the curator of the University’s zoological museum and holds research appointments with the American Museum of Natural History in New York, The Field Museum in Chicago, and University of Alaska’s Museum of the North in Fairbanks.

Merchandise

At the end of your tour, the gift shop is right at the exit. There are two “Mystery Bag” options that can be purchased during your online checkout process. Those purchases can be picked up in person at the experience on the day of your visit. A small selection of merchandise is also available for purchase onsite.

Braden was super excited to bring home his new dinosaur friends and light-up wand to keep the fun going for years to come!
